KOE / LEGAL INFORMATION

Cookies and similar technologies

How the website works

KOE’s code includes no Google Analytics, advertising pixels, marketing tracking tools or embedded third-party content. The form contacts Formspree only when you choose to send a request; no Formspree script or third-party CAPTCHA is loaded automatically. Any additional protection required by the service may need configuration before submissions are possible. Fonts and visual assets are hosted with the website. The guide does not store answers in cookies or localStorage. Downloaded files and clipboard content are not cookies.

Platform technical services

The hosting platform may use mechanisms strictly necessary for security, website delivery and, in the private version, authentication. The KOE application sets no cookies. The names and lifetimes of any cookies managed directly by the platform are not exposed in its code; they may depend on how you access the website and your ChatGPT session. For further information about these technical mechanisms, contact contact@koe-commerce.com. This page describes the application code and is not a comprehensive inventory of platform cookies. The absence of trackers in KOE’s code does not mean that the platform sets no cookies.

Your choice

Technologies strictly necessary for the service requested do not require prior consent. KOE’s current code enables no optional trackers. If non-exempt analytics, advertising tools or third-party content requiring consent are added, they must remain blocked until you make a choice; accepting and refusing must be equally easy, and you must be able to change your choice at any time.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may prevent security or private-access functions from working. For questions, use the business contact in the legal notice.

Language preference

Your FR / EN preference is saved in your browser under the localStorage key “koe-language” for future visits, until you remove it through your browser settings. Only the language code is saved, without guide answers or form data. The statements above about the absence of persistent storage refer to information entered in the guide and form.
