About KOE

Julie, founder of KOE

A background in e-commerce, content and customer relations.

I founded KOE to help businesses bring structure to their e-commerce activity and move forward with practical actions. My background combines content creation, digital engagement and customer relations. Together, these experiences shape the way I approach an online store and the needs of its customers.

My background

A varied role in a startup

In Italy, I worked at a startup across a range of tasks, including writing blog articles, creating product listings and managing social media content. This experience taught me to move between different areas of work and connect content with the needs of an e-commerce business.

Connecting customer relations and e-commerce

My role in B2B customer relations gives me insight into business customers’ expectations and questions. Alongside this role, I contribute to e-commerce content, newsletter preparation and online sales campaigns. Connecting customer conversations with digital activity informs my practical approach to e-commerce.

Hands-on entrepreneurial experience

I also created my own online stores, including with Shopify. From setting up the website and writing product descriptions to organising collections and creating promotional offers, these projects gave me practical experience of launching and running an online store. This experience now informs the support I offer, with particular attention to entrepreneurs’ priorities and resources.

How I work

Listen, clarify, move forward.

I start by understanding your business, your goals and your constraints. Together, we then agree on realistic priorities and a clear scope that fits your resources. Depending on your needs, I help you structure your project, improve your content or put the agreed actions into practice.

Why KOE?

Giving your project a voice.

KOE means “voice” in Japanese. The name reflects my desire to help businesses find a clear direction and express what makes them distinctive through an e-commerce activity that aligns with their identity and goals.
